Foreplay… Everything You Need to Know

Foreplay, as you already know or if you didn’t, is a sexual activity that precedes intercourse.

…it is the passionate and erotic kissing and fondling we engage in for a certain amount of time before we start having sex.

Foreplay is very important when it comes to sex

…particularly for women.

Foreplay readies women’s or girls’ bodies for intercourse.

In other words, it gets women aroused for sex.

…which consequently enables them to orgasm. [Read: ‘Foreplay and the Female Sexual Arousal and Orgasm’]

Women’s arousal works differently than men

Unlike us guys or men who INSTANTLY get an erection and become sexually aroused very quickly and are ready to have sex and get off at a moment’s notice, women are NOT sexually turned on that quickly and then go on to have an orgasm.

For women, their arousal is a slower process – their arousal cycles up more slowly… their arousal takes a while to get to the level where they’re ready to have sex and orgasm.

Foreplay readies women’s or girls’ bodies for intercourse – it gets women aroused for sex – and enables them to orgasm.

Foreplay is what gets women or girls wet

The vagina becomes lubricated and this makes sexual penetration (having a penis thrusting in and out of the vagina) much more pleasurable for women.

Foreplay makes women feel more pleasure from intercourse and enjoy sex

As a woman or girl gets more and more aroused, more blood rushes to her genitals…

…which causes the whole genitalia – both external and internal – to be extremely sensitive.

This rush of blood to the vagina or the genitals intensifies sensation during sex and gives a girl or woman much deeper pleasure.

Or to put it in other words, the sensitivity levels in the genitals – everything from the clitoris, vaginal lips, and the orgasmic spots inside the vagina (the G-spot and deep spots) – enhance… which makes women feel immense pleasure from intercourse. In other words, having a penis thrusting in and out of their vagina becomes much more pleasurable for them.

…which consequently leads to stronger orgasms than usual. And in a very short time.

And there you have it…

…about foreplay

Having sex right out of the gate…

…not only will the girl or woman NOT be aroused enough and WET to enjoy penetration and intercourse, but you won’t be able to get her to orgasm.

The vagina will NOT be wet (or lubricated) plus will NOT be sensitive enough for a girl or woman to feel pleasure.

…and both situations or circumstances hinder a woman or a girl’s chances of enjoying intercourse and having an orgasm.

Without the arousal necessary to ready the vagina for intercourse, a girl or woman will be dry during intercourse. In other words, she will not be wet enough – and intercourse will be uncomfortable and even painful for her.

Sex fact:

This is one of the major reasons why women don’t orgasm during intercourse. Or why most guys or men find it difficult to get their girls or women to orgasm during intercourse.

If you don’t take the time to arouse a woman…

…if you start having sex right out of the gate the moment you get into bed with a woman, you will deprive her of the pleasure of sex. Not to mention, she will not orgasm.

A woman or girl must be turned on before you start having intercourse. We must spend ample time on foreplay – kissing and touching a girl all over to get her warmed up for sex – before moving into any kind of stimulation including having intercourse.

Skimp through foreplay or skip it all together and head straight to intercourse, and you will not be able to make it happen.

A few kisses and a little bit of fondling and sucking of their breast ISN’T enough to get a girl or woman aroused for sex…

…you’ll have to spend ample time kissing and caressing your girl or woman’s body all over to get her sexually excited (aroused) before you start to have sex.

Without prepping a woman or a girl with ample foreplay or when a woman or a girl is NOT amply aroused, penetration will NOT be pleasurable for her plus you will not be able to get her to orgasm.

The only way to get a girl or woman to orgasm during sex is by getting her extremely aroused (giving her ample foreplay) before you penetrate her…

…without it, you won’t be able to get her to orgasm.

Foreplay not only readies a woman or a girl’s body for sex…

…it’s also a great way to fire up (or awaken) a woman’s libido (or desire) to get her wanting to have sex.

During times when it seems a woman is not in the mood for sex, a good round of foreplay will quickly get her in the mood and she will want to have sex.

Foreplay relaxes women and can get a woman wanting sex.

By giving a woman a good round of foreplay, her body will become aroused and she’ll desire and be receptive to intercourse.
